Pokemon Arena 2D community: Discord, not Reddit
Last checked 2026-10-23. Facts below cite a source.
The two related subreddits checked for this guide were small. On 23 Oct 2026 the official Big Kid Nation Discord invite API reported about 4,417 members; that is a changing approximate count, not evidence that no other community exists.
Reddit’s about.json for r/PokemonArena showed 7 subscribers, created in 2021, last post in July 2024. r/Pokemon_Arena showed 0 subscribers and was restricted. These two checks describe only those communities, not all of Reddit.

| Instagram @bigkidnation | Trailer 2 had 117K likes | Follow for the next trailer |

| r/PokemonArena | 7 subscribers | Do not expect an answer |
| r/Pokemon_Arena | 0 subscribers, restricted | Skip |
| Twitch search | No directory for this title | Do not treat unrelated Pokémon streams as this game |
| Empress Discord | About 382 members, 30 online | That room is for Empress, not this project |
Safety
- Big Kid Nation says never to pay, log in, or download anything from anyone else to play their project.
- A “beta key” file in a chat is the pattern that warning describes.
- I did not join the Discord, so I cannot describe channel rules from the inside.
- Do not post personal documents in a public channel to “verify” a download.
The Discord member count is the invite API’s approximate_member_count, not a number I counted by hand. It will be different tomorrow. The Reddit counts are exact as of that JSON response.
